Privacy Policy

This policy applies to mobile applications provided by Powder Apps.

PowPowPic, operating under the name Powder Apps ("we," "us," or "the Developer"), establishes this Privacy Policy to explain how information is handled in the mobile applications and related services we provide (collectively, the "Apps").

This Privacy Policy applies to our Apps on iOS and Android. Because the available features differ by app, the provisions below apply only when the relevant feature is included, such as advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions, AI features, diary or record-keeping features, and custom stamp features.

We handle information in accordance with applicable laws and the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Website Cookies and Tracking

The website at powder-apps.web.app is a static support and information site. It does not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising scripts, or technologies for cross-site tracking.

When the Apps open this website or link to this website on Apple devices, this website does not set cookies for tracking purposes and does not display a cookie consent prompt.

1. Information We May Collect or Use

Depending on the features used, the Apps may collect or use the following information to provide functionality, display advertising, verify purchases, provide AI features, prevent abuse, and improve quality:

The Apps do not require users to create an account by registering their name, postal address, telephone number, or email address. However, if you contact us, we may use your email address or other contact details to respond.

2. Purposes of Use

3. Advertising and Consent Management

Some Apps use Google AdMob to display advertising. Depending on your region, the Apps may use Google's consent management tools, including the User Messaging Platform (UMP), to present privacy choices and obtain or manage consent where required.

Users in applicable regions may be able to consent, decline consent, manage options, or change privacy choices through the message or privacy-options interface provided in the App. Advertising partners may process device information, app interaction data, and approximate location derived from an IP address, subject to the user's choices and applicable law. Advertising identifiers are used only where permitted by the platform and the user's choices.

The website at powder-apps.web.app does not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising scripts, or tracking technologies. It is not used to collect cookies for tracking purposes on Apple devices.

4. Third-Party Services

The Apps may use the following third-party services. These providers may collect, process, or store information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Google AdMob

Used to display ads, measure advertising performance, manage privacy choices, and prevent fraudulent activity.

App Store In-App Purchase / Google Play Billing

Used to process and verify in-app purchases, ad removal, premium plans, and subscriptions. Payments on iOS are processed by Apple, and payments on Android are processed by Google.

Firebase / Google Cloud

May be used for anonymous authentication, purchase verification, AI-feature usage management, abuse prevention, backend processing, service stability, diagnostics, logging, and related operations.

AI Service Provider: OpenAI, L.L.C.

When an AI feature is used, submitted text, images, scores, diary content, or other records may be sent to OpenAI, L.L.C., a third-party AI service provider, through Powder Apps' Cloud Functions solely to generate the requested output, such as AI stamps or diary summaries.

We require third-party service providers that process data on our behalf to protect the information they process with safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the services provided.

Not every service listed above is used in every App. Services are used only when required by the functions available in the applicable App.

5. Where Data Is Stored

Most data created in the Apps, such as diaries, notes, scores, records, tasks, routines, habits, stamp settings, saved stamps, flashcards, and study data, is stored locally on the user's device.

Some information may be processed or stored by external services such as Firebase, Google Cloud, app-store payment services, advertising services, or AI service providers when necessary to provide AI features, verify purchases, manage usage limits, prevent abuse, deliver advertising, or maintain service stability.

6. Data Retention

Data stored locally in an App remains on the device until it is deleted by the user, the App is removed, or the device storage is otherwise cleared.

Purchase status, usage counts, AI-feature usage history, fraud-prevention records, and security-related information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, verify purchases, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and maintain security.

Information required for legal compliance, payment verification, fraud prevention, or security may be retained for a limited period even after a deletion request.

7. How to Delete Data

Users can delete locally stored data through the "Delete All Data" option in the App's settings screen or through another deletion function provided in the applicable App.

Locally stored data can also be removed by clearing the App's storage in the device settings or uninstalling the App.

To request deletion of server-side information such as AI-feature usage records, premium usage-count data, or purchase-verification records, contact us at the address below. Except for information that must be retained for legal, payment-verification, fraud-prevention, or security purposes, we will delete or anonymize eligible information within a reasonable period.

Purchase histories and payment information maintained by Apple or Google are controlled by those platform providers and cannot be deleted directly by the Apps.

8. Sharing of Information

We do not sell users' personal information. We may share or transmit information only in the following circumstances:

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of internet transmission or third-party service is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Children's Privacy

The Apps are not primarily directed to children under the age of 13. If a child under 13 uses an App, the App should be used with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

11. Not Medical Advice

The Apps are intended to help users manage daily records, diaries, scores, routines, tasks, habits, and study activities. They are not intended to provide medical services, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, or professional advice. If you are concerned about your physical or mental health, please consult a qualified professional or appropriate support service.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary. If a material change is made, we will provide notice within the relevant App or on this page.

13. Terms of Use (EULA)

For iOS apps, unless a separate custom license agreement is provided, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies.

Apple Standard Terms of Use (EULA)
